Connectors and MCP integrations are going to be critical to Sycamore’s platform — and soon. You’ll build the data infrastructure that lets AI agents securely access, transform, and act on enterprise data across dozens of systems.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain connectors and integrations across enterprise data sources
- Design and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations
- Build reliable data pipelines that agents depend on for real-time decision making
- Work with customer engineering to understand integration requirements from the field
What we’re looking for
- Experience building data pipelines, ETL systems, or integration platforms
- Familiarity with enterprise data systems (databases, APIs, SaaS platforms)
- Interest in MCP and the emerging ecosystem of agent-data interfaces
- Strong systems thinking — you care about reliability, latency, and correctness
