Ops/Systems Engineer

You’ll run SyCloud — Sycamore’s managed cloud platform where enterprise AI agents execute. Reliability, performance, and security are non-negotiable when agents are making real decisions for large organizations.
What you’ll do
- Build and operate the infrastructure behind SyCloud
- Design for reliability, scalability, and multi-tenant isolation
- Own monitoring, alerting, and incident response for the platform
- Automate deployment pipelines and infrastructure provisioning
What we’re looking for
- Experience operating production infrastructure at scale (Kubernetes, cloud platforms, networking)
- Strong background in SRE, DevOps, or systems engineering
- Comfort with on-call and a bias toward building self-healing systems
- Security-minded — you think about isolation and blast radius by default
