Enterprise trust starts here. As Sycamore’s first security engineer, you’ll define the security posture for a platform that gives AI agents real autonomy inside enterprise environments. The bar is high — our customers are trusting us with their most sensitive workflows.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement the security architecture for Sycamore’s agent platform
- Build the trust and governance primitives that let enterprises safely deploy autonomous agents
- Own security reviews, threat modeling, and incident response
- Work with customers on compliance, certifications, and security assessments
What we’re looking for
- Deep experience in application and infrastructure security
- Background in enterprise security, compliance frameworks, or cloud security
- Ability to think adversarially about agent-based systems and novel attack surfaces
- Strong engineering skills — you build, not just audit
